What is the typical range of a Brisbane Electric Bike on a single charge?
Most of our electric bikes offer a range between 60km and 120km depending on the battery capacity, terrain, and the level of pedal assistance used during your ride.
How long does shipping take for online orders?
For customers within the Brisbane metro area, we typically deliver within 2-3 business days. For interstate orders, please allow 5-7 business days for your bike to arrive fully insured.
What kind of warranty comes with my new e-bike?
Every bike we sell comes with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, typically covering the frame for 5 years and the motor, battery, and electronics for 2 years.
Do I need a special license to ride an electric bike in Queensland?
No, as long as the motor is limited to 250W and the power cuts out at 25km/h, our e-bikes are classified as regular bicycles and do not require a license or registration.
What is your return policy for sports equipment and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused accessories and gear. For electric bikes, returns are accepted within 14 days provided the odometer reads less than 10km and the bike is in pristine condition.
