Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the electric bike or accessory is in its original, unridden condition with all packaging, manuals, and battery chargers included.

  Secure Shipping

  Carefully pack your items and ship them to our Brisbane workshop using a tracked courier service, or drop them off in-store during business hours.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the bike, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
